Welcome to Teton Expeditions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, booking a tour, or participating in any of our van tours, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Teton Expeditions offers guided van tours and related travel experiences in and around Jackson Hole, Grand Teton National Park, Yellowstone National Park, and surrounding areas.

All tours are subject to availability, weather conditions, park regulations, and operational considerations.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify itineraries due to safety or environmental conditions
  • Refuse service to anyone for safety or behavioral reasons
  • Cancel or reschedule tours when necessary

3. Booking & Payment

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
  • Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
  • Payment is processed securely through third-party payment processors.
  • You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your reservation.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Guest Cancellations

  • Cancellations made [Insert timeframe, e.g., 7 days] prior to the tour date may receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within [Insert timeframe, e.g., 72 hours] of departure may be non-refundable.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

Company Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to:

  • Minimum guest requirements not met
  • Government or park closures

If we cancel, guests will receive either a full refund or option to reschedule.

5. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Participation in outdoor van tours involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Wildlife encounters
  • Uneven terrain
  • Weather changes
  • Vehicle transportation risks
  • Remote locations with limited medical access

By booking or participating, you:

  • Voluntarily assume all risks
  • Agree that Teton Expeditions, its owners, guides, and affiliates are not liable for injury, illness, property damage, loss, or death except where prohibited by law
  • Agree to follow guide instructions at all times

Guests may be required to sign a separate liability waiver prior to participation.

6. Health & Fitness Requirements

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in the tour.

You must inform us of:

  • Medical conditions
  • Mobility limitations
  • Allergies
  • Dietary restrictions (if applicable)

We are not responsible for medical expenses incurred during or after the tour.

7. Conduct & Removal

We reserve the right to remove any guest without refund if their behavior:

  • Endangers others
  • Disrupts the group experience
  • Violates park regulations
  • Is under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol

8. Photography & Media Release

We may take photographs or videos during tours for marketing purposes.

By participating, you grant Teton Expeditions permission to use images or videos in which you appear unless you notify us in writing prior to the tour.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content — including logos, branding, text, and images — is the property of Teton Expeditions and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers for:

  • Payment processing
  • Booking software
  • Email communications
  • Data analytics

We are not responsible for the policies or actions of third-party services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
