Sharing our passion from generation to generation
When our family settled in the area back in 1970's, our founder David Tibbitts couldn't resist sharing all of the incredible experiences on offer. We haven't stopped ever since!
A note from our founders
We’re Evan and Jeff, business partners, fathers, and lifelong outdoorsmen rooted in the mountains of Jackson Hole.
Our families are at the center of everything we do. As our kids grow up beneath the skyline of the Tetons, we make decisions, in business and in life, guided by the values we hope to pass on to them: hard work, adventure, stewardship, and conservation.
The mountains aren’t just where we work. They’re where we raise our families, build our community, and teach the next generation to respect and protect wild places.
Continuing a legacy…
Jeff and I have worked side by side in the outfitting and guiding world for over 30 years, and 50 years combined. Over those decades, we’ve shared early mornings, long seasons, tough lessons, and unforgettable wildlife encounters. That time forged not just a business partnership, but a deep trust and shared philosophy about what guiding should be — personal, educational, safe, and grounded in genuine care for both guests and landscape.
A major part of that foundation came from Jeff’s dad, David. We both had the privilege of working for him early in our careers. David led with integrity, humility, and a deep respect for the land. He taught us that guiding isn’t just about showing people beautiful places, it’s about creating connection, building character, and doing right by the resource. His example continues to shape how we operate today and is a cornerstone of why we chose to build this business together.
